- Repair process takes 1-3 business days + return shipping time, depending on problem and part availability. For uncommon and difficult repairs (water damage repair, data recovery, old models etc.) repair process may take longer.
- Disassembly/Reassembly Fee of $50 for iPads/Game Console sent in fully assembled for any repair other than a new screen.
- In the event that you decide to not repair your device, then a general diagnostic fee ($30) will be applied and the device will be returned to you.
